Restoration Technician Training Course – RE-BUILD Project
CESF Perugia, as the implementing body of the project “Quality Architectural Conservation as an Engine for the Economic Development of Construction and Tourism in Jordan / RE-BUILD” (AID 013244/12/7), co-financed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) under the 2023 Call for Proposals for Initiatives Promoted by Local Authorities and Civil Society Organizations (and other non-profit entities registered under Article 26, Law no. 125/2014), announces a call for applications to select 150 young unemployed Jordanians to participate in training courses for Restoration Technicians to be implemented within the framework of the RE-BUILD Project.
1. Course Objective
The course aims to train young professionals in the field of architectural and cultural heritage restoration and conservation, with a focus on innovative materials and techniques. Participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, preparing them for professional opportunities in the conservation and construction sectors.
2. Target Group
Unemployed Jordanian men and women interested in pursuing a career in heritage conservation and restoration.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements at the time of publication of this call:
• Age: 18–24 years old
• Education: No specific degree required; applicants must be able to read and write
• Professional Experience: Previous experience in heritage conservation or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory
• Motivation: A strong personal interest in developing skills and building a professional path in restoration and conservation
4. Selection Process
The selection will be based on evaluation of submitted documentation and a motivational interview. Selection criteria will include:
• Relevance of the applicant’s profile to the course objectives
• Previous experience in the heritage or construction sectors
• Demonstrated motivation to participate and complete the program

5.1 Course Schedule and Application Period
This call for applications is open, and submissions can be made at any time. The training program will be implemented through five (5) cycles, with each cycle hosting 30 trainees. Two types of courses are available in each cycle:
• Techniques for Consolidation and Preservation with Innovative Materials – 26 participants per cycle
• Heritage Conservation through Rope Access – 4 participants per cycle
The list of admitted trainees will be announced according to the following schedule:
• February 2026 - For courses between February and August 2026
• June 2026 – For courses between July 2026 and February 2027
• December 2026 - For courses between December 2026 and August 2027
• June 2027 - For courses between July 2027 and January 2028
• December 2027 - For courses between December 2027 and August 2028

دورة تدريب فني ترميم – مشروع RE-BUILD
تُعلن CESF بيروجيا، بصفتها الجهة المنفذة لمشروع «الحفاظ المعماري النوعي كمحرّك للتنمية الاقتصادية لقطاعي البناء والسياحة في الأردن / RE-BUILD» (AID 013244/12/7)، والمموَّل بشكل مشترك من الوكالة الإيطالية للتعاون الإنمائي (AICS) ضمن دعوة 2023 لمقترحات المبادرات التي تروّج لها السلطات المحلية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني (والجهات غير الربحية الأخرى المسجّلة بموجب المادة 26 من القانون رقم 125/2014)، عن فتح باب التقديم لاختيار 150 شابًا وشابة أردنيين عاطلين عن العمل للمشاركة في دورات تدريبية لإعداد فنيي ترميم، وذلك ضمن إطار مشروع RE-BUILD.

1. هدف الدورة
تهدف الدورة إلى تأهيل شباب مهنيين مختصين في مجال ترميم وصون التراث المعماري والثقافي، مع التركيز على المواد والتقنيات المبتكرة. سيكتسب المشاركون معارف نظرية وخبرة عملية تؤهلهم لفرص مهنية في مجالي الترميم والبناء.
2. الفئة المستهدفة
الرجال والنساء الأردنيون العاطلون عن العمل، والراغبين في بناء مسار مهني في مجال صون وترميم التراث.
3. شروط الأهلية
يجب على المتقدمين استيفاء الشروط التالية عند نشر هذا الإعلان:
● العمر: من 18 إلى 24 عامًا
● المستوى التعليمي: لا يُشترط مؤهل دراسي محدد؛ يُشترط القدرة على القراءة والكتابة
● الخبرة المهنية: تُعد الخبرة السابقة في صون التراث أو المجالات ذات الصلة ميزة إضافية وليست شرطًا
● الدافعية: وجود اهتمام شخصي قوي بتطوير المهارات وبناء مسار مهني في الترميم والصون
4. آلية الاختيار
تتم عملية الاختيار بناءً على تقييم الوثائق المقدمة ومقابلة تحفيزية. وتشمل معايير الاختيار ما يلي:
● مدى توافق ملف المتقدم أهداف الدورة
● الخبرة السابقة في مجالي التراث أو البناء
● مستوى الدافعية والالتزام بالمشاركة وإتمام البرنامج
5. آلية التقديم

5.1 الجدول الزمني للدورات وفترة التقديم
باب التقديم مفتوح، ويمكن تقديم الطلبات في أي وقت. سيتم تنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي عبر خمس (5) دورات، تضم كل دورة 30 متدربًا. ويتوفر في كل دورة نوعان من المساقات:
● تقنيات التدعيم والحفظ باستخدام مواد مبتكرة – 26 مشاركًا في كل دورة
● صون التراث باستخدام تقنيات الوصول بالحبال – 4 مشاركين في كل دورة
سيتم الإعلان عن قوائم المقبولين وفق الجدول التالي:

Corso di Formazione per Tecnici del Restauro – Progetto RE-BUILD
CESF Perugia, in qualità di ente attuatore del progetto "Quality Architectural Conservation as an Engine for the Economic Development of Construction and Tourism in Jordan / RE-BUILD" (AID 013244/12/7), cofinanziato dall'Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo (AICS) nell'ambito del Bando 2023 per Iniziative Promosse da Enti Territoriali e Organizzazioni della Società Civile (e altri enti senza scopo di lucro iscritti ai sensi dell'articolo 26, Legge n. 125/2014), annuncia un bando per la selezione di 150 giovani giordani disoccupati per partecipare ai corsi di formazione per Tecnici del Restauro che saranno realizzati nell'ambito del Progetto RE-BUILD.
1. Obiettivo del Corso
Il corso mira a formare giovani professionisti nel campo del restauro e della conservazione del patrimonio architettonico e culturale, con particolare attenzione a materiali e tecniche innovative. I partecipanti acquisiranno sia conoscenze teoriche che esperienza pratica, preparandosi per opportunità professionali nei settori della conservazione e dell'edilizia.
2. Gruppo Target
Uomini e donne giordani disoccupati interessati a intraprendere una carriera nella conservazione e nel restauro del patrimonio.
3. Criteri di Ammissibilità
I candidati devono soddisfare i seguenti requisiti al momento della pubblicazione del presente bando:
Età: 18–24 anni
Istruzione: Non è richiesto alcun titolo di studio specifico; i candidati devono essere in grado di leggere e scrivere
Esperienza Professionale: Precedente esperienza nella conservazione del patrimonio o in settori affini costituisce un vantaggio ma non è obbligatoria
Motivazione: Un forte interesse personale nello sviluppare competenze e costruire un percorso professionale nel restauro e nella conservazione
4. Processo di Selezione
La selezione sarà basata sulla valutazione della documentazione presentata e su un colloquio motivazionale. I criteri di selezione includeranno:
Pertinenza del profilo del candidato rispetto agli obiettivi del corso
Precedente esperienza nei settori del patrimonio o dell'edilizia
Motivazione dimostrata a partecipare e completare il programma

5.1 Calendario del Corso e Periodo di Candidatura
Questo bando è aperto e le candidature possono essere presentate in qualsiasi momento. Il programma di formazione sarà attuato attraverso cinque (5) cicli, con ogni ciclo che ospiterà 30 tirocinanti. In ogni ciclo sono disponibili due tipi di corsi:
Tecniche per il Consolidamento e la Conservazione con Materiali Innovativi – 26 partecipanti per ciclo
Conservazione del Patrimonio tramite Rope Access – 4 partecipanti per ciclo
L'elenco dei tirocinanti ammessi sarà annunciato secondo il seguente calendario:

Giugno 2026 – Per i corsi tra luglio 2026 e febbraio 2027
